Empty Trunk – Weight Loss

Weight Loss – Week 14

Clearly I’m in a holding pattern.  Gained again this week – but have faithfully gone to Zumba Saturday mornings, today included.

My problem?  Insane level of stress and ultimately it comes down to not drinking enough water and I haven’t kept up on my apple (fiber) intake.

Weekly tip: Go Rambo on stress, don’t allow yourself to get so sucked into the drama of your life that you forget taking care of yourself and enjoying the moment.

  1. Hey everyone. Daria I agree with the stress thing it can be a killer to your diet and your weight loss goals, keep plugging away! I have had a good week. I am down another 0.8 lbs for a total of 12.6 lbs so far. I also met my first goal, getting my weight under a certain number. So I am very happy about that. I am still drinking at least 32 ounces of water everyday, more if I can tolerate it. I am also still riding the heck out of my exercise bike and staying busy as much as I can. I am trying something new though. I am still basically maintaining a 1600 calorie a day regimen but I am taking a couple of days a week and adding some extra calories (200) with protein just to give me some more energy. I am feeling better about myself everyday and my clothes are fitting better. No change in measurements lately though. Have a great week!
