Every once in a blue moon I do something that pleases me so much I get giddy. Recently, I had that experience making letters for my kids’ rooms.
I just love the way this turned out!
In recent years my creativity has been more directed toward building teams, inspiring staff, or developing business than at home. I haven’t been totally lacking creativity at home – we’ve had some remodeling and landscaping projects and a craft or two, but nothing I was quite as happy about as how these came out.
There’s nothing quite like making something that’s pretty, that’s personal, and that your kids adore too. The girls’ with the sparkles and the flowers are glamorous, but I just love that my son’s is masculine yet cute at the same time without losing anything due to lack of bling.
I thought for sure he was going to go with a pirate theme, but ultimately he really liked the cowboy one instead.
I wrote up all the steps with detailed pictures over here, so go check them out and let me know which one is your favorite!
