Empty the Junk from the Trunk – Losing Weight

This week’s post is going to be brief – too much cleaning and other errands to run today.

I only managed to do one day of the Couch to 5K program this week and it was tough!  I will be repeating Week 3 this week since I didn’t really do it and will hope my knees hold up.

Weight Loss

  • I lost 0.6 lbs.
  • Total weight loss = -1.4 pounds.
  • First goal = Lose 10 pounds (8.6 to go)

Goals for this Week

My goals for this week include:

  • Continue Couch to 5K 3 days this week.
  • Lose weight.
  • Lose inches.

I finally met my goals for Week 7 of the 10 week fitness challenge, and I won!  I don’t qualify this week though since I didn’t meet my exercise goals.  Winners so far.
