This Sweet Potato Souffle Recipe has been part of our family’s Thanksgiving dinner menu for at least 20 years. It is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.!
My cousin’s husband hated sweet potatoes, but after eating this he raved about it. In fact, his mom called me the following year asking for the recipe!
Another cousin’s husband ate 4 helping of this sweet potato souffle last year after saying he didn’t really care for sweet potatoes.
I think my family would be happier giving up the Turkey than this dish.
It is THAT good.

**Note: I highly recommend you double the above recipe. Trust me, everyone will want seconds.
