My weight loss weigh in for 11/14 to 11/20.

Weight Loss

Even when I don’t follow the Nutrisystem plan to the tee – IT WORKS!  I’m pretty sure it’s because it’s taught me to relearn portions, when I’m no longer hungry (vs. stuffed), and upped my water intake.  I’m also hoping this will help me keep losing weight even when faced with my favorite thanksgiving recipes.

  • I lost 1.8 lbs.
  • Total weight loss = -9.0 pounds.
  • First goal = Lose 10 pounds (1.0 to go)


I thought I’d show you the foods this week rather than talk about them.  Please forgive my amateur video skills!

Weekly Weight Loss Tip:

Try not to eat until you are no longer hungry rather than until you are full.

  1. That’s great! Keep up the good work! I am still even this week, still at 6 pounds lost since the 1st and 23.2 pounds lost overall. I am hoping when I go back to work this week, after not working for 19 months, the weight will come off more quickly with increased activity. But we shall see!

    • Thanks Cyn! You are doing awesome! 23.2 pounds is quite an accomplishment. In that same time period I’m only down 6 pounds after yoyo-ing. But I’m going to lose it this time and keep it off! Bathing suit season will be here much too soon :)
