My weight loss weigh in for 2/27/2012 to 3/4/2012.
Remember last week when I waxed on about motivation, resetting my scale, getting back to it? Yeah, well… let’s just say I was all talk. I did manage to use my treadmill 3 times, but totally failed on everything else.
- No wine.
- Following Nutrisystem.
- Exercising 3 times.
I am still finding it hard to get all my water in and my fruit consumption could use a boost. But I’ve had tons of asparagus, boiled some eggs again to have on hand, and am getting there. Yep, two whole days of proven track record! Yeah, I know it’s not all that impressive, but you have to start somewhere right?
Weight Loss Results
- Gained 1.0 pounds.
- Total weight loss to date – 3.6 pounds.
- First goal 10 pounds (6.4 lbs to go).
Week’s Weight Loss Goals
My goals for this week include:
- run 3 times,
- drink 64oz of water every day, and
- drink no alcohol.
Weight Loss Motivation
I have a couple of friends that are part of the Empty the Trunk Facebook group that have really had tremendous success with their weight loss and fitness goals. They have really motivated me this week:
- Cyn has lost 30 pounds.
- Blessing is looking amazing.
- Jennifer lost 17 pounds since Christmas.
- Barb has really focused and has lost over 20lbs. (doesn’t have a blog)
- Jo reached her target weight (lost 30+ lbs) using Nutrisystem.
So thank you ladies for your inspiration! I really needed this kick in the pants.
