My kids are healthy.
It’s November, home to both my birthday (turning
29 again 39) and my favorite holiday. Thanksgiving is my favorite because it’s such a positive holiday – all about family and reflecting on our blessings. No stress to produce the perfect gift. Plus, we can’t forget the food!
But one day isn’t nearly enough time to reflect on how very lucky I am, so I’m going to share one thing I’m grateful for every day until
eat too much and fall into a turkey coma day Thanskgiving.
The very first thing that comes to mind when I count my blessings is that my children are healthy.
Above all else – money, success, talent – nothing compares to their health.
- Healthy enough to challenge my chauffeur abilities by needing to get each to a different activity all at the same time.
- Healthy enough to push each other’s buttons in true sibling rivalry fashion.
- Healthy enough to try to negotiate their way out of chores in favor of playing. Note try.
- Healthy enough to get into all sorts of mischief.
What are you grateful for?
